DivCex operates at the intersection of ventures, capital, ecosystems, and Web3/financial opportunities. We are looking for a product-focused software technology leader to build and scale our platform infrastructure from the ground up.
The Role
- Lead DivCex's overall technology vision and define our engineering strategy.
- Design and oversee product and platform architecture.
- Lead product development from MVP through scale.
- Translate complex business objectives into scalable technology solutions.
- Build the technical roadmap and establish modern engineering standards and development processes.
- Consider fintech, Web3, AI, and financial infrastructure technologies where relevant to ecosystem value.
- Work directly alongside the CEO and founding team to execute the firm's vision.
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on software engineering and technical architecture capability.
- Engineering leadership and product development experience.
- Experience with APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, security, and modern software architecture.
- A startup mentality with the ability to operate, execute, and ship with limited initial resources.
- We are looking for a product/software technology leader, not simply an IT infrastructure manager.
- A deep interest or prior experience in fintech, Web3, financial infrastructure, or venture ecosystems is highly advantageous.
Important Context: This is a founding-team, equity-based opportunity. It is not currently structured as a conventional salaried employment position.
