DivCex connects vision to opportunity by bridging the gap between founders, capital, and ecosystems. We are seeking a strategic legal leader to establish and govern our operational and regulatory architecture from the ground up.
The Role
- Establish and maintain DivCex's overall legal, regulatory, compliance, governance, and risk frameworks.
- Draft and oversee corporate and commercial legal matters, contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Manage fundraising documentation, investment agreements, and venture advisory legalities.
- Navigate fintech, financial-services, and Web3/digital-asset regulatory considerations.
- Ensure rigorous data protection, privacy compliance, and AML/KYC adherence where applicable.
- Conduct legal due diligence for strategic partnerships.
What We're Looking For
- A qualified legal professional with deep commercial and corporate legal experience.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in fintech, financial services, technology, Web3, or venture capital investment sectors.
- Exceptional contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Keen regulatory awareness combined with strategic business judgment.
- Someone comfortable operating autonomously in an early-stage, fast-paced founding environment.
Important Context: This is a founding-team, equity-based opportunity. It is not currently structured as a conventional salaried employment position.
